This course will give you new insights to create a personal learning plan for continued leadership growth. This course is designed for high-performing career specialists, team leaders and emerging supervisors who have one year or less of supervisory experience. You will receive personalized feedback from assessment specialists, superiors, peers and subordinates and gain an greater understanding of how personal behaviors affect workplace interactions. You will also gain personal insight from intensive assessment and self-observation, and leave with a greater self-awareness and knowledge of their personal strengths as well as areas that need improvement. The curriculum consists of a variety of assessments, self-analysis and group participation.
