We will introduce you to the principles of inclusive visual design and will you adopt a point of view that is broader than Section 508 compliance.
Through interactive discussions and collaborative activities, we will cover topics including:
You will gain an awareness of laws and standards related to accessibility, your role in creating accessible communications, and hands-on experience applying the elements of accessible communication to documents, presentations, and other materials.
We welcome any anyone and everyone—with or without previous design experience—to join us for this course. It will be most beneficial for people who do have not formal training in graphic design and routinely create documents, presentations, and other materials.
