Overview

FEI SES Onboarding Forums are one-day government-wide programs designed to accelerate the success of new career Senior Executives in their first two years of executive service. Each Forum is anchored in synergies among the Executive Core Qualifications and features public-private sector strategies to address priorities new Senior Executives face. The Forums are part of the FEI SES Leading EDGE portfolio. They offer a unique enterprise leadership perspective to the onboarding discipline and thereby complement agency-level onboarding programs.

The Strategic Change and Transition to Address National Priorities Forum accelerates your awareness and understanding of how to architect and execute the transformations needed to address emerging enterprise challenges while surviving, and capitalizing on, periods of transition. This Forum includes how to proactively guide organizations through results-driven enterprise-wide change and how to maximize effectiveness during presidential and leadership transitions.

How You Will Benefit

During this SES Onboarding Forum for new Federal Senior Executives, you will:

  • Dialogue with enterprise leaders addressing a range of national priorities to discuss lessons learned leading change strategically in complex political environments

  • Discover how to proactively guide organizations through enterprise-wide change that drives results for agency and cross-agency missions

  • Discuss how to maximize your effectiveness during presidential and leadership transitions

  • Collaborate with peers and experienced SES members to expand networks and apply insights and tips

An agenda and other materials to prepare for the Forum will be sent to registered participants a few days prior to the program.
