Personal Effectiveness and Goal Setting

Learn how to set goals, how to keep on track, and (most importantly) how to celebrate completing your goals! Someone once said that a “goal is a wish that is written down.” By writing it down, you can also break down your goals into steps.

You will go through a guided goal setting exercise, where at the completion of the workshop, you will leave with a list of goals, an action plan, and some resources to make sure you stay on track to meet your goals!
