Overview

Learn how to set goals, how to keep on track, and (most importantly) how to celebrate completing your goals! Someone once said that a “goal is a wish that is written down.” By writing it down, you can also break down your goals into steps.

You will go through a guided goal setting exercise, where at the completion of the workshop, you will leave with a list of goals, an action plan, and some resources to make sure you stay on track to meet your goals!

Topics presented:

  • Getting rid of excuses and self-defeating thoughts
  • 8 Steps for setting and completing goals
  • Overcoming Obstacles
  • Getting Motivated

How You Will Benefit

This half-day course will give you a step-by-step approach that you can use with both individual and teams to greatly increase your chances of obtaining your goals. It will also help eliminate excuses that are being brought up as obstacles to their achievement.

Who Should Attend

This material is appropriate for all grade levels, supervisors, and non-supervisory employees.
