Overview

Leading others in federal staffing activities requires effective collaboration in your working relationships. If you’ve served as a federal HR specialist or assistant for more than five years and don’t yet oversee recruitment or selection efforts, let us help you take the next step in achieving your career goals. This course will introduce you to the skills you’ll need to guide other HR professionals in completing staffing activities and influencing the direction of those activities.

Through a blend of self-guided, instructor-led, and on-the-job training, you’ll enhance your ability to fulfill Federal hiring needs by learning:

Who Should Attend

HR Specialists (GS-201) and HR Assistants (GS-203) with 5 or more years of experience.
