Overview

Today, agencies are faced with unique challenges that require a diverse and skilled workforce. As an HR specialist, you play a critical role in your agency’s hiring strategies and goals. By learning programs for recruiting and attracting quality candidates that fall into special population categories, you can better fulfill federal hiring needs and help advance agency objectives.

This course gives you a roadmap to hiring success. You’ll learn about the staffing programs for special populations you can use when hiring people for federal employment, including students, veterans, and people with disabilities.
