This course helps you understand what keeps your staff engaged and offers tools for encouraging high performance to boost organizational productivity.

Every agency is different, which is why this course will help you develop an action plan for keeping your workforce happy and performing at their best. In the course you will use data collected from your agency's Employee Viewpoint Survey (EVS) results so that you leave with a plan that is specific to your organization and immediately applicable back on the job.
